When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, fragrance oils and liquid bases cannot be returned once the seal is broken to ensure safety and quality standards.
Are your fragrance oils clean and non-toxic?
Yes, all makesy fragrance oils are formulated to be phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. We adhere to strict IFRA standards to ensure they are safe for use in candles, soaps, and skin care.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before finalizing your purchase.
